Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Love Shack Giftware. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value, subject to availability. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made items

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
