Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your items and if your not 100% satisfied we will accept returns for change of mind or damaged/faulty goods. 

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of recept of goods providing its unused and still in orginal packaging. Postage is to be at buyers expense. Refund will be process on receipt of goods. 

If your items are damaged in any way, please send through photos of evidence so we can lodge this with Australia Post. We continue to take improvements with our packaging of items. All items are inspected and throughly packaged to ensure no breakages or damages to goods once they leave our premises. 

For earring items only, we are unfortunately unable to exchange items due to change of mind, as we are unable to confirm whether or not they have been worn. To sell them on would be a breach of Australia product safety legislation.
